Fluoride-FreeToothpaste.Third-party tested.
Nano-hydroxyapatite remineralization. EWG Verified®. No SLS, parabens, or synthetic sweeteners. And now — independently tested for heavy metals at an A2LA accredited lab. Every result published
We tested it. Published everything. Here's what came back.
There's been a real conversation about heavy metals in natural toothpaste. We didn't respond with a statement. We sent our formula to an independent, A2LA accredited laboratory — no affiliation with Nobiesse or Alpinia Labs — and committed to publishing whatever came back. Unedited.
The results came back on March 9, 2026. Every heavy metal: non-detect. The full report is available to read and download at the link below.

How Nano-Hydroxyapatite
Supports Sensitive Teeth
Nano-hydroxyapatite (nHa) is the mineral that human enamel is actually made of — accounting for over 97% of enamel composition. When applied topically, nHa integrates with the tooth surface, filling microscopic gaps and rebuilding enamel structure from within.
This is fundamentally different from fluoride's mechanism, which forms a protective layer over the tooth surface. nHa remineralizes by becoming part of the enamel itself. Clinical studies show it is at least as effective as fluoride for remineralization — without the toxicity concerns, without the regulated daily dosage limit, and without the need to keep children from swallowing.
Japan has used nHa in dental products since the 1970s. The US is catching up. Our formula uses it alongside xylitol, aloe vera, and coconut oil — all without SLS, parabens, synthetic fragrance, or artificial sweeteners.
Nano-Hydroxyapatite (nHa)
The mineral that enamel is made of. Remineralizes by integrating with the tooth surface — not by coating it. Clinically shown to be at least as effective as fluoride for enamel repair. No toxicity concerns. No dosage limits.
EWG Verified®
Fewer than 1% of personal care products carry this mark. It requires full ingredient transparency, no chemicals of concern, and annual renewal. Our toothpaste has it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this toothpaste good for sensitive teeth?
Is this toothpaste good for sensitive teeth?
Yes. Nano-hydroxyapatite remineralizes enamel by integrating with the tooth surface — filling microscopic gaps that cause sensitivity. Most patients with sensitive teeth find significant improvement with consistent use over 2–4 weeks.
Has this toothpaste been tested for heavy metals?
Has this toothpaste been tested for heavy metals?
Yes — independently, by a third party. Vanguard Laboratory in Olympia, WA (A2LA accredited) tested our formula using ICP-MS methodology. Lead, arsenic, mercury, chromium, and cadmium all came back non-detect. The full report is published at nobiesse.com/lab-results.
Is it safe for children?
Is it safe for children?
Yes. Because it's fluoride-free, there's no concern about ingestion — which is the main safety issue with conventional toothpaste for young children. EWG Verified® with no artificial sweeteners, no SLS, and no synthetic fragrance.
How long until I see results?
How long until I see results?
Most users notice improved sensitivity within 2 weeks of twice-daily use. Whitening results from the charcoal formula are typically visible at 3–4 weeks. Remineralization is a cumulative process — consistent daily use delivers the best long-term results.

The difference: nHa integrates with enamel structure; fluoride forms a protective layer over it. No toxicity concerns, no dosage limits, no regulated daily amount.
