Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from dedicated US-based manufacturing and fulfillment center in Florida, where we create, formulate, and manufacture our entire line! Each product is made with the highest attention to quality and detail.
Nobiesse.com offers FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders over $100 (excluding taxes). Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will not be eligible for free shipping. FREE Standard Shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. We cannot guarantee a date of arrival with our free ship option and orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped out. Any expedited or Express shipping options will be charged as indicated during the checkout process and are not eligible for any credit or discount. Nobiesse cannot guarantee the product will be received within the expedited shipping window selected, and all claims against delays in standard or expedited shipping may be made by you directly to the carrier.
Where is my order?
You will receive an email from us as soon as your order has shipped with your tracking number.
Can you ship to my P.O. box?
No. We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.
It shows that my package was delivered but I do not have it, what do I do?
You will need to contact UPS with the tracking information provided in the order confirmation details. When you call UPS please make sure you have the tracking number handy so they can look it up for you. They will be able to provide some more information about where it was delivered and can hopefully help you locate it. Nobiesse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have provided an address where you cannot guarantee the safety of delivery packages, please provide an alternate shipping address.
