Our goal is to help you find the products that are the perfect fit for your skin, health & lifestyle. We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your products and will accept any full-sized product for a return (no exchanges), as long as it is in its original, unopened packaging received within 15 days of initial purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened and/or used, or that were purchased at a discount, a component of a discounted bundle or part of a reduced price promotion. All approved returns are subject to a 25% return processing fee of the cost of the product(s), and any shipping fees will not be refunded as part of a processed return.
Returns require a return authorization issued by our customer care team. Customer is responsible for all return freight fees and expenses. All returns must be received at our facility within 5 days of the return authorization being emailed - otherwise, we will not be able to authorize the refund. If you are returning an item that was ordered as part of a bundle, all items in the bundle must be returned in their original, unopened packaging at the same time or the refund request will not be honored.
We monitor return and refund activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse a return if we find that our policies have been abused. Any finding of abuse of our policies shall be in our sole discretion and is not appealable. We are not obligated to disclose our reasons and methods, other than to inform the consumer that the refund request is being refused for abuse of our return policy.
We are not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference or loss of orders that are delivered by a third-party freight carrier, USPS, or to a forwarding company. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders that have been delivered to a forwarding company. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder, please contact them directly.
Can I exchange my item for something else?
Unfortunately - we do not offer exchanges on any items.
What are the steps to return products?
1. CONNECT WITH CUSTOMER CARE
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased online, please contact Customer Care to initiate your return at customercare@nobiesse.com. It is important that you contact Customer Care before you send in a return or exchange. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit or that have not been communicated to Customer Care.
2. COMPLETE THE RETURN FORM
Returns can only be processed if our Return form is included or we instruct you to otherwise include your initial order email and return inquiry email, and the desired action is specified.
3. PACK YOUR RETURN
Please safely pack the products and include the return form or order/return emails. Affix your return label to the box and ship it back to us. Your are responsible for shipping fees back to us. We do not provide pre-paid labels and do not refund return shipping fees.
All returns must be received at our facility within 15-days of initial purchase - otherwise we will not be able to authorize the refund.
I purchased your products at an authorized retailer, can I return them to you?
If the products were not purchased directly through NOBIESSE, we are not able to process a return. However, if you have specific questions please email us at customercare@nobiesse.com and we’ll be happy to try and assist you.
What if I received an order with broken items, missing items, or my package is missing?
Please contact Customer Care as soon as possible after receiving your delivery or when you notice a package is missing after receiving our delivery confirmation email. For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement. We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken and/or missing longer than 2 business days from delivery and without a photo of the broken items and/or package. We are unable to assist after 15 days from when a package marked as delivered. Any broken or damaged package will need to be returned to our facility for further investigation. From there, our team will send a replacement to your original address.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from dedicated US-based manufacturing and fulfilment center in Florida, where we create, formulate, and manufacture our entire line! Each product is made with the highest attention to quality and detail.
Nobiesse.com offers FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders over $99 (excluding taxes). Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will not be eligible for free shipping. FREE Standard Shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. We cannot guarantee a date of arrival with our free ship option and orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped out. Any expedited or Express shipping options will be charged as indicated during the checkout process and are not eligible for any credit or discount. Nobiesse cannot guarantee the product will be received within the expedited shipping window selected, and all claims against delays in standard or expedited shipping may be made by you directly to the carrier.
Where is my order?
You will receive an email from us as soon as your order has shipped with your tracking number.
Can you ship to my P.O. box?
No. We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.
It shows that my package was delivered but I do not have it, what do I do?
You will need to contact UPS with the tracking information provided in the order confirmation details. When you call UPS please make sure you have the tracking number handy so they can look it up for you. They will be able to provide some more information about where it was delivered and can hopefully help you locate it. Nobiesse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have provided an address where you cannot guarantee the safety of delivery packages, please provide an alternate shipping address.
